Donation ReQUEST FORM
Haggen is dedicated to giving back to the communities that we serve.
To be considered for a donation, forms must be completed in their entirety and submitted at least 30 DAYS before the requested donation date. Prior to applying, review the donation guidelines and key initiatives below to ensure your request aligns with our giving priorities. Completed forms can be submitted at any Haggen Guest Services counter.
Donation Guidelines:
All organizations requesting a donation must be verifiable through the Internal Revenue Services (IRS) and must not discriminate in employment practices or services based on race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, marital status, mental or physical ability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
Haggen will not support the following:
Organizations not located within the communities Haggen serves
Organizations that operate or support activities counter to the policies of Haggen Food & Pharmacy
Organizations seeking underwriting for advertising or to fund for-profit ventures
Individuals seeking aid for their friends, family or themselves including support for personal study, research, travel, illness or hardship
Faith based organizations who do not serve the broader public regardless of religious belief
Political candidates or organizations serving a political agenda
Recreational, sporting, or athletic associations- unless serving special needs or underserved populations
Community Giving initiatives:
Haggen is dedicated to giving back to the communities that we serve. We support organizations
and nonprofits that share our vision and whose missions align with our key initiatives:
Community Wellness:
The Community Wellness initiative permits partnerships between Haggen
and local organizations that offer support to families and community members, such as foster care
services, outreach and assistance to the unhoused, senior wellness programs or services to veterans.
Accessibility, Belonging & Equity:
The Accessibility, Belonging and Equity initiative permits partnerships between Haggen and organizations that support individuals with disabilities, promote equal
rights and inclusion, fuel breakthroughs in disease research or the advancement of healthcare equity.
Hunger:
The Hunger initiative permits partnerships between Haggen and local community food banks,
food rescue programs or organizations providing meals to homebound seniors.
Youth & Education:
The Youth and Education initiative permits partnerships between Haggen and
local school districts, public school foundations, youth programs, youth centers or organizations providing
scholarships for higher education.
Holiday Outreach:
The Holiday Outreach initiative permits partnerships between Haggen and local
organizations that embrace the true spirit of giving by providing services, gift programs or holiday meals to
families in need.
